What does becoming a Green Party member involve?
Members get to attend meetings and contribute to our strategy and work in the district. However, there is no minimum attendence required and some members take a more active role than others. Whether or not you get involved in our work, your subscription is very important to us as it shows support as well as funding our activity. Find out more about Green Party membership. Why was there no Green Party candidate in my ward at the last election?
Like all political parties, we have a limited number of candidates and capacity to campaign, and so we focus our efforts where we are most likely to be successful. We enjoyed unprecedented success at the most recent elections and hope to stand more candidates than ever before at the next elections.
